4-4-6 Breath
A simple breathing practice to help slow things down, soften tension, and support a greater sense of calm and ease. This gentle technique uses a longer exhale to encourage the body to shift out of “doing mode” and reconnect with the present moment. It can be especially helpful during busy days, moments of stress, before sleep, or anytime you notice yourself holding everything a little too tightly.
