Where we could talk honestly about what it means to live in a body in a world that moves very fast.
But the truth is, this space isn’t just something I’m creating.
It’s something we’re shaping together.
Every message, every reply, every quiet reader who takes a moment to pause and breathe for a few minutes with one of these practices — that’s what gives this space life.
So today I’m curious about something.
Not as a teacher.
But as someone who genuinely wants to understand the people gathering here.
